DONATIONS -MATERIALS AND RESOURCES.

If you have any old pasta, lentils, rice, paper & cardboard boxes etc please donate them to the pre-school. We use lots of materials every day and donations are always welcomed.

This is our direct line into the Pre-school.  This is to be used by current parents of children attending Pre-school for reasons such as:

-to inform staff your child is unwell

- to speak directly with your child’s key worker or member of staff on site.

  • Nut Allergy

In order for us to ensure we can keep all staff and children safe could you please ensure that all snacks and items packed for lunch are nut free.

 

  • Email

We have recently updated all of our contact details.  Parents that have supplied an email address will receive email correspondance where appropriate.  This will help us to be a little more eco-friendly and use less paper.

 

  • Doorbell

There is a doorbell by the metal gate entry/exit to Pre-school.  This is to be used to gain entry to Pre-school at times other than normal drop-off and pick–up times.  After ringing the bell a member of Pre-school staff will come out to meet you. 

 

  • Change of Session Request Form

If you wish to change the sessions that your child is currently attending Pre-school please complete a Change of Session request form.   Requests must be made in advance via this form and not verbally.  Once request forms have been received you will be contacted as soon as possible to let you know if your change of session request can be accommodated.

 

  • Additional Session Request Form

If you require short term additional sessions these must be requested at least 48 hours in advance via the appropriate request form.   Availability will be checked and you will be contacted to let you know if we can accommodate your request.  All additional sessions must be paid for in full, funding is not available for these short term requests.

 

  • Holiday Information Form

If you a planning a holiday or will not be attending Pre-school for several sessions please could you let us know via a Holiday Form.  These are purely for our information and will allow us to keep our registers correct and up to date.
