Bitterne Manor Pre-School is run by a committee of parents.

We work in partnership with parents and families and we value their contribution to the pre-school.
The management of the pre-school relies on parents sharing responsibility for roles such as Chairperson, Secretary and Treasurer and in addition to that, we have a wider committee who attend committee meetings and help with fundraising activities - the more parents who volunteer to stand on the committee, the less each person has to do!
Committee meetings are informal and the day to day running of the pre-school is discussed and decisions about future plans and activities are made.   All parents are welcome to attend committee meetings.
The pre-school is a non profit making organisation and has to raise funds which forms an important part of the committee's role.  Fundraising events mean that we are able to renew our resources and continue to offer the best possible care for your children during their time at Bitterne Manor Pre-School.

Any offers of help from parents is much appreciated - WITHOUT A COMMITTEE, WE HAVE NO PRE-SCHOOL!
